2024 Aquaponics Conference STEM, Student, & Community Discounts

The Aquaponics Association’s Mission is to expand the practice of aquaponics through education, advocacy, and connection. Therefore, we strive to make the conference affordable for all ages and levels of growers.

Full STEM/Community Discounted Tickets will be $339 and discount tickets are limited!!

In order to apply for the discount please review the eligibility terms below as well as submit a detailed response using the button below!

The following groups can apply for the Aquaponics STEM Education & Community Discount:

  • K-12 student and educators, and college students can claim their discount by completing the form with a valid school email address and a brief explanation of your growing operation

  • Small non-profits and small home-growers can apply for this discount by filling out this form and describing your growing circumstances and we will grant discounts based on availability.

  • This discount is not intended for parties that profit from the sale of aquaponics fish or produce; or aquaponics equipment, supplies, services.

What Do Tickets Include?

All Conference Tickets include:

  • Over 60 presentations from the world’s top experts;

  • The Aquaponics Vendor Showroom with cutting-edge technology and equipment;

  • 1 tour of a local aquaponics operations with transportation provided;

  • Access to the annual aquaponics silent auction;

  • The Annual Aquaponics Banquet with keynote addresses; and

  • Access to our special conference room block rate of $129/night at the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel, Dallas, TX where the Conference is taking place.

The Conference includes the following meals:

  • Three days of all-day coffee/refreshment breaks;

  • Friday Vendor Showroom Happy Hour;

  • Saturday Vendor Showroom Happy Hour and Banquet Dinner; and

  • Potential for more food additions pending organization decision.
