What Do Tickets Include?
All Conference Tickets include:
Over 60 presentations from the world’s top experts;
The Aquaponics Vendor Showroom with cutting-edge technology and equipment;
1 tour of a local aquaponics operations with transportation provided;
Access to the annual aquaponics silent auction;
The Annual Aquaponics Banquet with keynote addresses; and
Access to our special conference room block rate of $129/night at the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel, Dallas, TX where the Conference is taking place.
The Conference includes the following meals:
Three days of all-day coffee/refreshment breaks;
Friday Vendor Showroom Happy Hour;
Saturday Vendor Showroom Happy Hour and Banquet Dinner; and
Potential for more food additions pending organization decision.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be received by email to director@aquaponicsassociation.org no later than August 25, 2024. Refunds for registration fees will be subject to a 20% handling fee. No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 25, 2023 or for “no shows”.
In the event of an act-of-god that inhibits attendance refunds will be made accordingly.
